Partytime excellent ja vabu ei lobu! Toimintavuosia on takana jo totta puhuen enemmän kuin kymmenen, mutta erinäisistä syistä tasavuosia emme ole päässeet vielä juhlimaan.
Tasavuosia juhlistamme siis lauantaina 4.5.2024, kun vieraaksemme saapuu tahtia tarjoilemaan suomalaisen Drum & Bassin legenda L.A.O.S (DJ set by JM) sekä YleX:ltäkin erittäin tuttu DJ Orion! Support by K0NTRO DJ’s.

10 YEARS OF K0NTRO!
Partytime excellent and never-ending vabu! Actually K0NTRO is nowadays more than 10 years old but by several reasons we haven’t had a change to celebrate our 10th birthday.
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we invite you to our UG event on saturday 4.5.2024. Birthday party headliners are Finnish Drum & Bass legend L.A.O.S (DJ set by JM) and DJ Orion, also well known from Finnish Broadcasting Company major radio YleX!

✪ L.A.O.S:
L.A.O.S (Large Amount Of Soul) are a Finland based Drum & Bass group hailing from Helsinki.
They´ve had loads of releases under their belt on various labels throughout the years fe. Hospital, Viper, Spearhead, Liquicity, HighTea Music to name some.
Founded in early 2000s L.A.O.S have been around basicly forever and they are true old school heads when it comes to Drum & Bass.
L.A.O.S consist of three Dj/Producers and an MC (JM, D-Bex, Abraham and Alexx) and their music is a mix of smooth and hearty liquid to roaring bassline rollers.
They´ve never really stuck to one sub-genre but have always kept the large amount of soul in their music. Hence the name. They´re no stranger to Liquicity lineups either. L.A.O.S is there to make you booty shake and soul vibrate.
✪ ORION:
Starting in the early nineties from the warehouse raves of the industrial city of Tampere, stirring the Northern Finland electronic music scene at the turn of the millennium, settling down in Helsinki in 2006 and living in Berlin 2011-2013, Orion is still one of the busiest and most relevant DJs in Finland.
Probably the most well known of his over 15 year long work on Finnish National Radio YleX, Orion hosts channel’s three hour Friday night every week. Next to his work as a DJ and radio host, Orion also runs his own Absence of Facts imprint and regularly releases music on top tier labels like MORD, Mindtrip, H-Productions, Suara etc.
No matter if it’s about performing live at a sold-out festival or a warehouse party, expanding the possibilities of DJing with the latest technological innovations, hosting an electronic music conference, playing at KitKat in Berlin, Ministry of Sound in London or clubs in USA, Germany, Greenland, Russia, Spain etc, headlining New Year’s party for 85000 people, 2000 people pool party or hosting live radio broadcasts from Berlin, after over 25 years in the business it’s all still happening and it’s all labour of love.
